So Far So Good!!!

 

Today is 25th of June. So far so good.

There are few things I’m very thankful for!!! Thx you God and Jesus for making me so lucky so far.

1st, I finally get the government loan…THX YOU!!!!

2nd, I met a lot of new friends…THX YOU!!!!

3rd, I got a new Beautiful Purple Formal, THX YOUI!!!!!!

4th, The Barney Project is moving smoothly, THX YOUI!!!!

5th, and others that I’m very thx for…

THX YOU GOD AND JESUS FOR LISTENING TO MY PRAYERS EVERYNIGHT!!! YOU ARE GREAT!!!

I watched Green Lantern on Saturday (18 of June), and I was disappointed at the movie. It was out of my expectation.

Warning: Please don’t read this if you don’t want spoiler

My 1st expectation: The movie would be 2 and a 1/2 hours but it was les than 2 hours.

My 2nd expectation: That Hal Jordan will get help from other Green Lantern(Sinestro, Tomar-Re and Kilowag) when defeating Parallex…it was too simple defeating Parallex while Hal Jordan was a newbie…

My 3rd expectation: I dun blame that Director that he have to follow the Green Lantern Costume but isn’t it WAY too simple to recognize it’s him!!! At least Superman gel his hair…

Overall, it’s worth to watch it as an Introduction to Green Lantern. But if you expect more action, better save your money for Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon.

Mid of June.

 

It’s been a while I blogged because I’m always BUSY!!!!

After today Saturday(18 June 2011) which is the last day of the week, will be my 4th week of schooling. Time passed so fast.

A lot of things happened to me but I did passed it happily.

As day is passing so smoothly, I getting closer to God but still feel lost in some reason.

After choosing the path of the Christ, I’m a changed person. Even my dear mother noticed that my attitude changed. And I’m glad. I’m glad I’m big part of the family but I’m not ready to be baptized as I’m not steady yet. But again, I’m glad to choose this path.

Other than that, This new semester is one hell of a busy semester for me. Why?

Intro to Advertising-5 assignments and 1 presentation

Interpersonal  Communication-1 assignments and 1 presentation

Public Opinion & Persuasion-1 assignment and 1 presentation (PR campaign)

PR writing- 1 assignment (news release) and 1 presentation (press conference)

Intro to Mass Communication-1 assignment (create a magazine) and 2 presentation (1 is done and the next one is big)

If you do not know what are those, nevermind but keep in mind, I’m one busy guy. I have to create a trailer of a movie for my assignment which is a BIG project. But I think I will be happy and will enjoy doing so.

So it’s still June…IT’S MOVIE SUMMER TIME!!!!

As you know, I’m a MOVIE ADDICT!!!

Assignment Project:

If you are as creative as I am…You might like my idea…

Usually an assignment require a few people to work together in order to have a successful project. In Intro to Mass Communication, we have to create a Magazine as we are told to do so. But what type of magazine? I discuss with my group member and we have decided to make a Movie magazine. And in addition, we will make a movie of our own. A horror/thriller movie. At the same time, my friend from Advertising Department while I’m in PR department (coincidently we both take Intro to Mass Communication this semester together) have the same idea and we have decided to combine and create 2 movie trailer at the same time.

My group will be part 1 of the movie while my friend’s group will the the sequel of the movie’s trailer. Awesome, right? I can for sure to say that we are the 1st 2 group from different department of study to work together for one big project and this will be fun.

The 1st sequel of horror/thriller movie name is ‘Barney’

The 2nd sequel of horror/thriller movie name is ‘Barney’s Apprentice’

Keep in mind that we are making a trailer of the movie only.

My Singapore Trip

 

First of all, I have never though of travelling alone and since I’m old enough to be independent, it’s time to take a big step to my life. I went to Singapore of only 3 reasons

1, I must visit my dear uncle because of his injury

2, to visit my other uncle and his family, it’s been 5 years I didn’t meet them

3, I missed Singapore.

I travelled there by bus during the night and reached there around 4am in the Tuesday morning. It’s a fast one I honestly have to say. I spent 4 days there and came back Ipoh on Friday night and reached at 6am in the Saturday Morning. After a few hours, I went back to Kampar to move into a new accommodation and love the new room, Hell Yeah!!!

Okay, back to my Singapore trip. There are few things I bought from Singapore, a new pair of swimming trunks, June’s issue of Men’s Fitness and a few souvenir for my friends(if you are reading this and never receive them, I’m sorry but you’re still a friend in my heart, don’t be jealous and I will make it up to you, Cheer).

I swam a lot in a private flat where I stayed over night and it’s also where my uncle stays. It’s the 1st time, I swam 2 5 rounds (Swim there and back is considered as 1 round). My uncle and myself were shocked. Maybe because I jog a lot and trained my respiratory. I’m glad that I have improved. Hopefully I still can be improved.

On the last day of my Trip, My other uncle insisted me to go travel around Singapore and willingly offered me a ride around Singapore. Since he’s so sincere and he did. I did travel around and I have forgotten how beautiful Singapore is. Singapore now has more trees, more buildings and still developing. Big thumbs up!!!
